PRADA BEAUTY | Reveal Foundation

I had been itching to get my hands on this foundation since Prada Beauty launched in August 2023. It may be pretty clear by now that I love a natural, dewy finish when it comes to foundation. Though I know that isn’t for everyone! Those of you that prefer a more matte finish, I think you will like this.

Prada Beauty claims that this is a long-lasting foundation, developed with a buildable medium coverage and a soft matte finish, suitable for all skin types.

I find that it delivers a soft focus, almost blurring appearance to the skin and certainly isn’t a flat matte finish. It still allows for a more natural, satin like glow to the skin which I love. The shade range is brilliant and plus it is refillable!

Shade: I wear shade LN10

PAT MCGRATH | Skin Fetish Sublime Perfection Foundation

I can’t believe it has taken me so long to try this foundation. It is seriously beautiful and instantly made it to my current top 3 foundations!

It is an oil-free foundation that takes the texture of a serum and unites it with a buildable, medium, soft-focus coverage that feels weightless on the skin.

The ‘Vita-Serum Complex’ deeply hydrates with skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides within the formulation to help also care for your skin.

Shade: I wear shade Light 6 when tanned

PAT MCGRATH | Sublime Perfection Concealer

I have had this in my makeup stash for some time now but only this month found myself reaching for it more. It takes a lot for a concealer to win me over but this does everything I need.

It is creamy without being heavy, doesn’t cling to dry areas or quickly crease in fine lines (every concealer will crease with wear, don’t get it confused!) and is lightweight whilst providing the coverage I require.

It pairs beautifully with the skin fetish sublime foundation, but equally with every other foundation I have tried it with so far too! It is also infused with the Vita Serum Complex found in the foundation.

Shade: I wear shade L5 when tanned

VIEVE | Modern Radiance Concealer

I had high hopes for this concealer and yet again, was not disappointed by VIEVE!

This concealer delivers a medium to full, customisable coverage that has an incredible stretch. Allowing you to sheer it out to provide an all over light coverage to even skin tone, or directly cover any blemishes. It blends seamlessly for a skin-like, even looking finish.

Shade: I wear shade L1 when at my fairest

PAT MCGRATH | Divine Blush Legendary Colour Balm

My makeup isn’t complete without cream blush and this one by Pat McGrath has become an instant hit in my everyday makeup routine.

It is a high pigment, gel like balm texture that blends easily to leave a beautiful dewy flush of colour to the cheeks. I also like to apply a touch to my lips too for a monochromatic hint of colour.

Shades: My favourite shades are fleurotique, sunkissed seduction

CHANTECAILLE | Cheek Gelée

On the topic of blush, another new favourite has to be this Cheek Gelée by Chantecaille.

It is a liquid-gel like texture with high colour pay off that I find dries down, leaving behind a flush of colour that is not wet to touch yet still has a glow to it.

Shades: My favourite shade is Vibrant

KJH BRAND | Hyper Shine Highlite Kit

I mentioned this back in my recent Best In Makeup 2023 blog post, since then I have continued using and loving this product.

It is essentially a cream highlight pigment and mixing medium that you can wear alone or mix together to enable you to custom create your own glow. This is such a versatile product that is great for both makeup artists and makeup enthusiasts!

PRADA BEAUTY | Dimensions Refillable Eyeshadow Palette

I am very picky when it comes to eyeshadow formulas. They have to be pigmented, easy to apply/blend and have great shades.

This Prada Beauty eyeshadow formula instantly blew me away. You often find with small luxury eyeshadow palettes, the packaging is beautiful but the formulas are well… meh. Not this one!

The formula is so unique, almost like a powder to cream texture, with no fall out and blends effortlessly. I also love the colour stories of the palettes with a pop of colour to encourage play. 10/10 from me I can’t wait to get my hands on more shades!

HOURGLASS | Shape & Sculpt Lip Liners

This month Hourglass brought us lip liners! A fantastic addition to their lip line (pardon the pun). They launched 7 shades in a range of light to deeper nudes as well as two reds.

I hope they continue to extend the shade range because the formula is perfection! They are ultra creamy and high in pigment that they glide on the lips easily without tugging. Once dry they are smudge-proof formula that is very long wearing!

They also launched new shades in both their phantom glossy balms and unlocked lipstick, both of which formulas I also love!

CHARLOTTE TILBURY | Hollywood Beauty Icon Lipstick

Another great lip launch from Charlotte Tilbury. I am a big fan of her lip liners and lipsticks already but Charlotte has brought us 5 new shades of Pink and 5 new shades of Red in her Hollywood Icon Lipsticks.

With a mix of warm and cool undertones, everybody can find their perfect shade! Alongside the lipsticks, we also now have four new shades to choose from in the lip cheats, two pink and two red.

Shades: Favourite shades are Pizzaz, Icon Baby

VIOLETTE FR | Petal Bouche Matte

Created by french makeup artist Violette, to no surprise Violette FR have some beautiful and innovative products in their line up. Their petal bouche liquid lipsticks are absolute perfection, from the curated colours to the formula itself.

The formula is rich and velvety, that feels weightless on the lips whilst being long-wearing and comfortable. Think true rose petal velvet lips!
